Meet Caoimhe Bourke - Your HR Consultant

Being successful in the field of Human Resources takes more than strong people skills. A keen understanding of the business, the ability to build solid and trusting relationships, influence decision making, and embrace change are key to Caoimhe’s success in collaborating with business leaders.

Caoimhe holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh and is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Having worked nationally and internationally as a People Operations Strategist, she has assisted organisations through significant operational and organisational growth.  This has included introducing and evolving performance development systems, spearheading talent engagement and retention initiatives, ensuring compliance, and steering human resource strategies to assist leadership teams attract, develop and retain talent to achieve the objectives of the business.

Caoimhe has utilised her expertise and passions that are rooted in HR strategic planning, employee experience and organisational change management to create and maintain a high performance culture within all the organisations she has worked in. 

As a Cork based HR consultant, with clients ranging from the technology, professional services and management consulting sectors, Caoimhe is driven to design and enable tailored HR strategies that create engaged and motivated teams.
